Federal Website Safety Act Clears House Committee

Law360, Los Angeles (March 12, 2014, 7:40 PM EDT) -- The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Wednesday unanimously passed an amended version of an act that would ensure that most federal agencies’ websites that collect identifying information are certified as secure or taken down.

Rep.
