Kenyon & Kenyon Sues Over More Than $9M In Unpaid Fees

Law360, Los Angeles (March 12, 2014, 8:50 PM EDT) -- SightSound Technologies LLC has racked up $9.3 million in unpaid legal bills and interest since 2001 from a series of patent suits and transferring a portion of its portfolio and a payment from Napster into a company partially owned by General Electric Co., according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in New York state court by Kenyon & Kenyon LLP.
