NLRB Grounds NASA Lab's Challenge To Worker Email Ruling

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 7:15 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board grounded a challenge Wednesday from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory to a 2013 ruling that said JPL violated federal labor law when it disciplined scientists for sending mass emails from work computers criticizing a policy of required background checks.
