Princess Di Leaked Phone Book, Ex-News Corp. Editor Says

Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 7:20 PM EDT) -- A former News of the World editor reportedly testified Thursday that a confidential royal family phone directory found in his home was leaked by the late Princess Diana when she needed an “ally” in the media, not obtained through bribery as prosecutors allege.

On trial for conspiring to commit misconduct in public office along with five other former journalists at the now-defunct newspaper, former royal editor Clive Goodman said that one of 15 “Green Books” found in his possession was delivered from Princess Diana by mail...
