FCC Approves AT&T's $1.2B Buy Of Leap Wireless

Law360, Los Angeles (March 13, 2014, 7:02 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission on Thursday approved AT&T Inc.’s proposed $1.19 billion acquisition of San Diego-based prepaid wireless provider Leap Wireless International Inc., noting that the deal could have caused competitive and public interest harm if not tempered by additional commitments by the companies.
