EU Court Backs Watchdog's Cartel Probe Powers

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 8:38 PM EDT) -- A European Union court on Friday largely rejected cement makers' challenges to the European Commission's investigative demands during a cartel probe, ruling the antitrust enforcer didn't overstep by requiring the companies to answer detailed questionnaires about the alleged plot.
