Texas Bar Sues Injury Atty For Plundering Settlements

Law360, Houston (March 14, 2014, 6:24 PM EDT) -- The Texas State Bar slapped a Houston attorney with a disciplinary suit Thursday, alleging he stole from personal injury settlement funds that were designated for paying off medical expenses and loans, leaving his clients on the hook for the bills.
