Freeport LNG Enviro Issues Can Be Solved, FERC Says

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 7:05 PM EDT) -- Freeport LNG Expansion LP's proposed Texas-based natural gas liquefaction facility and export terminal would have adverse environmental impacts on area resources and communities, but those impacts can be neutralized by mitigation measures proposed by the company and regulators, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission staff said Friday.
