FTC Commish Warns Of Agency's Risky Agenda On IP Rights

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 7:35 PM EDT) -- A Federal Trade Commissioner has criticized the watchdog's efforts to block standard-essential patent holders from seeking injunctions, accusing the agency of pursuing a new, potentially dangerous, agenda on antitrust law and intellectual property rights.
