NJ Court Slams Avaya's Strategy In Trade Secrets Row

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 8:10 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday blasted Avaya Inc., denying its request to compel arbitration in a trade secrets suit filed by SAE Power Inc. and accusing it of strategically delaying the arbitration motion until after receiving discovery documents from SAE.
