ITC Votes To Continue Chinese Steel Wire Rod Probe

Law360, Washington (March 14, 2014, 3:51 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission voted on Friday to continue investigations into certain steel wire rod imported from China, ruling there was a reasonable likelihood that the rod is being sold in the U.S. at unfairly low prices.

Except for Commissioner Shara L. Aranoff, who did not participate in the investigations, all ITC commissioners voted in favor of continuing U.S. Department of Commerce investigations into carbon steel wire rod and certain alloy steel wire rod from China, the commission said in an announcement.
