Enviro Groups Sue Stanford Over Endangered Steelhead

Law360, Los Angeles (March 14, 2014, 8:52 PM EDT) -- Two environmental groups hit Stanford University with a lawsuit in California federal court Friday, accusing the school of discharging sediment and other pollutants that endanger California's Central Coast steelhead in violation of the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Water Act.
