Canon Unit’s Rival Stole Workers, Trade Secrets, Suit Says

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 7:57 PM EDT) -- A Canon USA Inc. unit filed suit against competitor Ray Morgan Co. Inc. on Monday, telling a California federal court that the rival poached at least five account executives and paid them incentives to flip Canon customers using stolen trade secrets.
