Title Ruling Can't Nix Prior Gas Lease, Pa. Court Says

Law360, Philadelphia (March 17, 2014, 4:04 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court handed a win to an Anadarko Petroleum Corp. unit Friday, ruling that oil and gas lease agreements remain valid in their original form even after the discovery of deed restrictions that require legal action to resolve.
