Cape Wind Ruling Paves Way For Offshore Projects

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 8:01 PM EDT) -- The country's first-ever utility scale offshore wind project is inching closer to full approval, and experts say Friday's federal court ruling rejecting most environmental challenges to the Cape Wind project helps set a blueprint for both federal agencies and developers considering similar proposals.
