PSE&G Contractor Sues Utility For Racial Discrimination

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 2:47 PM EDT) -- Oveter's Construction Inc. has filed suit in Essex County Superior Court against Public Service Electric and Gas Inc. under the state's anti-discrimination law, claiming the utility drastically reduced the work it handed the contractor because it's a black-owned minority business.
