9th Circ. Won't Nix Arguments In $80M IndyMac D&O Row

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 2:47 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Friday refused to cancel oral arguments in a dispute involving IndyMac Bancorp Inc.'s bankruptcy trustee, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and former IndyMac executives over $80 million in directors and officers coverage for securities and other suits, despite their recent settlement with insurers.
