Law360, Houston (March 17, 2014, 3:31 PM EDT) -- A San Antonio criminal defense attorney confessed Monday to federal charges that he secured bond reductions for his clients by paying off a former state district court judge who recently resigned from the bench amid a federal investigation of the scandal.
