Exxon, BMS, Others Settle With Feds Over NJ Superfund Site

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 3:26 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Friday signed off on a consent decree that will end the federal government's suit against more than 50 major companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Exxon Mobil Corp., to recover cleanup costs for an industrial waste landfill in New Jersey.
