GM Recalls 1.5M More Vehicles, Takes $300M Charge

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 1:33 PM EDT) -- General Motors Co. recalled 1.5 million vehicles on Monday for problems unrelated to its ignition switch recall, including engine compartment fires and airbag deployment failures, and said it expected to take a $300 million charge to cover recall-related expenses.
