NJ Senate Committee Pitches Bill To Block Fracking Waste

Law360, Los Angeles (March 17, 2014, 7:50 PM EDT) -- New Jersey legislators are taking a second crack at a law to prevent environmental damage from a drilling process known as fracking, voting Monday in committee to push forward a bill to prohibit the disposal and treatment of wastewater created by the process.
