Kindred Whistleblower Claims Revived By Calif. Appeals Court

Law360, Los Angeles (March 17, 2014, 4:23 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court Friday revived a nurse's retaliation and wrongful termination claims against Kindred Healthcare Operating Inc.'s Westminster, Calif.-based hospital, finding the plaintiff presented sufficient evidence to support her allegation that the hospital fired her for reporting a co-worker's alleged drug use.
