CORRECTED: Patent Theft Trial Over McDermott Docs Settles

Law360, San Francisco (March 17, 2014, 5:36 PM EDT) -- Medical-testing firm Theranos Inc. cut short its jury trial accusing Fuisz Pharma LLC of stealing Theranos' patent files from McDermott Will & Emery LLP and using them to file a rival blood-testing patent, telling a California federal judge on Monday that the parties had reached a midtrial settlement.
