TPP Brings Chance To Up Labor, IP Standards, USTR Says

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 4:13 PM EDT) -- The U.S. will miss a key chance to influence labor, environmental and intellectual property standards in the Asia-Pacific region if negotiations for the Trans-Pacific Partnership fail to produce a deal, U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman said Tuesday.
