Judge Hints At Additional Sanctions In Dish Trademark Row

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 7:12 PM EDT) -- The Ohio federal judge overseeing a long-running trademark tussle between Dish Network LLC and a DirecTV retailer approved the application of sanctions for attorneys on both sides of the bar Monday, but held off on ordering payment as the court mulls further allegations of misconduct.
