Lockheed Lands German Airport Forecasting Co.

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 2:03 PM EDT) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. said Tuesday it has acquired German airport forecast planning company Beontra AG in the aerospace and security giant’s second acquisition in the commercial sector in less than a week.

Beontra AG, headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, provides integrated planning and demand forecasting tools for airports around the globe. Lockheed did not disclose terms of the deal, but said they were not material to Lockheed.
