Kirkland Steers Thoma Bravo In $930M TravelClick Buy

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 6:40 PM EDT) -- Private equity firm Genstar Capital Management is selling off hospitality software company TravelClick to another private investor, Thoma Bravo LLC, for $930 million, the companies announced Tuesday.

Genstar, which has $3 billion in capital, acquired TravelClick in 2007 with Bain Capital Ventures and has more than doubled its revenue since then, the company said. TravelClick provides cloud computing services for hotels, covering reservations, guest management, market share information and public relations.
