4th Circ. Nixes Lord & Taylor's Bid To Stall DC Mall Project

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 6:11 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Friday refused Lord & Taylor LLC's bid to stall demolition of the White Flint Mall just outside Washington, D.C., as the retailer appeals a lower court's refusal to block the mall's redevelopment in a breach of contract suit against the mall owner.
