Alliantgroup Loses Appeal Over Ex-Workers' Client Contact

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 9:04 PM EDT) -- A divided Texas appeals court nixed Alliantgroup LP's attempt to revive a suit alleging Paradigm Partners, formed by ex-Alliantgroup employees, breached a settlement agreement by reaching out to Alliantgroup clients, ruling Tuesday that the contacted companies were the appellant's former, not current, clients.
