SC Fires Off Suit Over Gov't Mothballing Nuke Waste Site

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 6:07 PM EDT) -- South Carolina sued the Obama administration in federal court Tuesday over its plans to suspend construction of a nuclear waste disposal facility in the state, accusing it of defying congressional authority by using money earmarked for construction to mothball the facility instead.
