Donziger Demands Halt Of Chevron's Ecuador Pollution Win

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 7:29 PM EDT) -- The attorney who secured a $9.5 billion Ecuadorian pollution judgment against Chevron Corp. that was branded as fraudulent this month asked a federal judge on Tuesday to pause an injunction against monetizing it, claiming the Second Circuit will likely reverse.
