Fla. Senate Passes $400M Rollback Of Motor Vehicle Fees

Law360, Miami (March 18, 2014, 7:35 PM EDT) -- The Florida Senate on Tuesday unanimously approved a bill to cut nearly $400 million in motor vehicle fees, an initiative that Gov. Rick Scott has also made the largest component of his pledge for $500 million in tax and fee reductions in his proposed budget.
