Congress Pushes Obama To Broker End Of Iran Nuke Program

Law360, Los Angeles (March 18, 2014, 8:29 PM EDT) -- Bipartisan groups from both houses of Congress sent strongly worded letters to President Barack Obama on Tuesday urging him to pursue a final agreement with Iran that will prevent the country from ever having a path to a nuclear bomb, as negotiations on Iran's nuclear program resumed in Vienna.

Large contingents of the Senate and House of Representatives told Obama that any agreement with Iran must result in the country giving up its ambitions of developing nuclear weapons.
