Former Stago Director Says He Was Fired For Whistleblowing

Law360, New York (March 19, 2014, 1:53 PM EDT) -- A former director of regulatory affairs for Diagnostica Stago Inc. has sued the medical device company under New Jersey's whistleblower law, claiming he was fired for reporting noncompliance with state and federal laws to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
