Acting Attorney General Goes Home To Sidley

Law360, New York (April 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Last year's acting attorney general and a current judicial nominee has returned to Sidley Austin LLP after a six-year stint at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he oversaw False Claims Act litigation and off-label investigations.

Peter Keiseler will become the global coordinator of Sidley Austin's appellate practice and will be based in the firm's Washington, D.C., office. He left the firm in 2002 to join the DOJ.
