Texas Appeals Court Won't Rehear Union PAC Payments Case

Law360, Dallas (March 19, 2014, 8:02 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Wednesday denied a bid for rehearing from a county that argued state law bars it from deducting union dues from paychecks to its sheriffs when part of the dues are diverted to a political action committee.
