8th Circ. Sides With Sara Lee In Union Outsourcing Row

Law360, Los Angeles (March 19, 2014, 4:16 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Wednesday shot down a bid by a group of unions to revive a suit against Sara Lee Corp. over the bakery company’s outsourcing of drivers, finding that Sara Lee had properly followed its contract with the unions.
