NJ BPU Rejects Atlantic City Offshore Wind Farm

Law360, New York (March 19, 2014, 6:12 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities on Wednesday rejected a proposal by a developer of offshore wind energy facilities to install five offshore wind turbines nearly three miles off the coast of Atlantic City.
