Texas Court To Review DeLay Money Laundering Case

Law360, Dallas (March 19, 2014, 6:50 PM EDT) -- Texas’ highest criminal court said Wednesday it would review a lower court’s decision that threw out a money laundering conviction against former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay after a jury found he wrongly diverted corporate donations to Republican candidates.
