Walgreen Blasts Supplement Labeling Claims As Bogus

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 3:25 PM EDT) -- Walgreen Co. asked a Florida federal court Wednesday to toss a putative class action accusing it of deceptively marketing its glucosamine and chondroitin products, saying that the claims lack merit because the retailer has never sold the supplements as proven cures for any disease.
