NJ Atty Charged With Stealing $2M From Elderly Victims

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 4:52 PM EDT) -- An Atlantic County, N.J., attorney who specializes in elder law and the owner of an in-home senior care company have been arrested on charges they stole more than $2 million from elderly clients, Acting Attorney General John J. Hoffman announced Thursday.
