Greenberg Traurig Ducks Fraud Suit By Surgeon’s Widow

Law360, Houston (March 20, 2014, 6:11 PM EDT) -- The widow of a prominent Houston hand surgeon on Thursday dropped a federal lawsuit she was pursuing against Greenberg Traurig LLP in which she accused the firm of helping her husband divert millions from his lucrative clinics after she filed for divorce.
