NJ High Court To Weigh In On Camden Police Dissolution

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 8:06 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey on Thursday agreed to hear an appeal from Camden, N.J., over an ordinance to prevent the dissolution of the city’s police force in favor of a countywide police force, an ordinance the city says would undermine its municipal authority.
