Fla. Court Can't Install Fla. Receiver For Out-Of-State Biz

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 6:40 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court ruled Wednesday that state courts do not have the authority to appoint a Florida resident as a receiver for Ohio corporations, reversing a trial court decision that appointed a Florida receiver for an apartment complex in Dayton, Ohio.
