Precision Castparts To Pay $625M For Aerospace Dynamics

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Metal parts manufacturer Precision Castparts Corp. has agreed to acquire Aerospace Dynamics International from The Marvin Group for $625 million in cash, the parties announced Thursday.

The deal brings an end to several years of negotiations in which Precision sought to take control of ADI, which is one of the top suppliers of large machined parts to the aerospace industry.
