LabMD Slams FTC's 'Abuse Of Power' In Data Breach Probe

Law360, Los Angeles (March 20, 2014, 8:15 PM EDT) -- LabMD Inc. hit the Federal Trade Commission with a lawsuit in Georgia federal court on Thursday, seeking to stop what the company calls an “abuse of power and regulation” of patient information without proper authority, a month after dropping a similar suit for jurisdictional reasons.
