Class Action Accuses CVS Of Illegally Reducing Pay

Law360, New York (April 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A proposed class action filed Wednesday against CVS Pharmacy Inc. seeks compensation for the company's salaried employees who have had their pay reduced during the last three years as a result of working fewer hours.

Store manager Jennifer Wasyluk filed the suit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida after the company allegedly tried to retrieve money she earned while on partial medical disability from a CVS store in Lee County, Fla.
