Cleary Gottlieb To Rep Mexico's GEO in $1.5B Restructuring

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 4:39 PM EDT) -- Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP will represent Mexican housing developer Corporacion GEO SAB de CV in its $1.5 billion insolvency, the first of its kind under the country's recently revised bankruptcy laws, the firm announced.
