Insurer's Reimbursement Claims Fired In Well Blowout Row

Law360, Chicago (March 21, 2014, 9:58 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court ruled Friday that Gotham Insurance Co. has no equitable right to reimbursement in its long-running suit alleging Warren E&P Inc. deceived the insurer into paying out nearly $2 million for a 1997 oil well blowout.
