Texas Justices To Mull Clocks On Partner, Partnership Suits

Law360, Houston (March 21, 2014, 6:22 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court agreed Friday to weigh in on whether an energy developer waited too long to recover from individuals partners unpaid operating expenses for an oil and gas lease, because the developer sued the partners after securing a judgment against the partnership itself.
